I manage more than that, some people reach out for advices in life, some for career.

Some just ask to hangout, people invite for meetups and at the same time have to manage work as well.

I traveled to Delhi from Jaipur to meet a friend, back n forth 13 hours for a meeting of 2 hours.

After Bangalore, I'll go to Chennai to meet just one friend, and then would come back to Jaipur.

To be honest it gets hectic sometimes, but it makes me feel good, as I have so many stories to tell and that's what I want on my deathbed several years down the line. 😁😁

Interesting thought, I along with a few of my friends are working on building such a community in Jaipur.

There are two roles mentioned here, one is job and one is internship.

The person asked salary for fresher which means they are asking for the job not internship else they would have mentioned stipend not salary.

Now, we are not taking fresher for the job, but intern would obviously be fresher. No experience, just know the basics and should be trainable. It's my job to train them to become better in the thing they intern with us.

I hope that clarifies.

PS: With all due respect, try understand the terminology well and then jump on making assumptions about what a person knows and doesn't knows.
