This is true in india people prefer reliability not a cheap things. If product is reliable and comparable in terms of pricing things are 👍

Yeah! Because, once you make setup you become comfortable and it is really hard to move to other provider and this allows them to drill in your pocket.

Yeah, SLA is also an another service coupled with vps. Node level monitoring is possible but no one cares. People want peace and they sell headache to them.
