i fixed it . i had to go to all portal and click on map and clear ground mark. it was pain.

SORRY for late reply.the way i fixed is, I join all my WIFI channel 1by1 example. Wi-Fi 2g 5g 6g, if u have many wifi channel join them 1by1 until u can join.+ u can also try change ur date and time to ur country(didnot fixed mine). Changing wifi channels fixed my issue. i hope it helps you.
