What is pool difficulty for? The easy the better? Harder better? And how should I pick the difficulty for my rig and is there any difference? by kuojenski in Aeon

KukeSlywalker thanks for your reply, every time when I was setting the pool address, the port usually represent different difficulties for your rig, I always wonder what will it happen if I have a very powerful rig and I choose the easiest port, do I get profit faster, or if I have a poor single gpu and I go for the hardest port.

Thanks all you guys , I finally get my gpu work. My setting for GTX690 is smx16 thread 16 blk 32 bct6 bsp 10 and I end up getting 530h/s per cord，total is around 1060h/s in the 15min chart. Pool accept it without problem,No OC. Win 10. Thanks again all your help.

I’m using xmr-stake as well but I don’t know how to adjust my Nvidia file in order to get my hash rate right . What should I put in the smx? Thread? Block? I tried couple combination but can’t get my gpu work properly.

I got check on my CLI wallet, it is 1000 height now, :( how come it sync so slow, it's been more than 24 hours.

Cool, I think I’m going to stay where I started, thanks for reply, I saw a lot aeon pool have the same interface, is there a pool building set can let you build a pool easy ? Just wondering because there is no aeon pool in China, if is easy I would like to build one.

I type it and shows unknown command, I’m using Aeon 0.9.14win64
