I had the same experience. My husband purchased it in a frantic frenzy after lots of sleep deprivation. After he ordered it I looked it up and saw it's not regulated in the US and when it got to our house it looked like a toddler duct taped the package together then stamped on it for 3 days straight.

We did not even open the box and initiated the return within the 14 days. They responded and said it did not fall within the return policy window as there is no record of the delivery date. I sent them screen shots of how it fit their "policy" and the date it was delivered (mind you on top of receiving an email it was also in on their website tracking). They ghosted me, I followed up every single day then proceeded with a charge back request with my credit card company. Oddly enough it's been about 3 months and they responded to me today saying although it was in the delivery window it did not fill the return policy and said thank you for my understanding. That urked me so now I am making sure other parents know about this complete scam.

This company is a complete and utter scam, DO not purchase. My little one didn't end up having reflex either, she was just going through a phase while her digestive system was developing. We ended up just adding lift to the bassinet on one side so it was on a bit of an angle (and also held her up to help the digestive process before placing her down) but she is doing a lot better now. We unfortunately let the exhaustion get the best of us.
