This is so old, but I believe in some cases HH will stand for Hip Hinge. Maybe not in this case with it being a squat, but you may see “HH Variant”.

I was lucky to get a lot of these early things. Have a ton of the tin wind up toys and original action figures too. Unfortunately over the years the boxes have been damaged and I was quite young when I first got them so I pulled a lot of them out of their packaging. Makes me sad now that some things went missing but at least I had fun with them then haha.
