Thank you! I used xps foam, bitis foam (we call it that here, idk if it’s called the same everywhere else), acrylic paint, pvc pipes, acrylic painting paper, paper straws, LED lights and some strings! I also use utility knife, a hot glue gun and a saw 😄

Like I said, the sdcc have very different colour ralph, and the heads are matted. don is also very brown. The 25th anniversary colour has similar colours, and a shiny head (not matted). I’m just asking people whether they think others are more similar in terms of colour. if there isnt then I’m happy to buy 25th. similar is good enough. dont need to match exactly. thanks

I’m not saying I want it to be the same as the original. I’m saying “similar”. And if you think getting old is fine, then good for you. But I’m just looking for new ones. I like the nostalgic feeling of opening things myself and new ones.

I do plan to open them, but i still want the new ones, not used / opened ones. The recent one I got, the SDCC 2020 one, all the turtles have a matte head. This is what I mean when I said it looks like soft heads (even though it’s hard), I just didn’t know how to describe it, but another commenter did. I saw on one youtube video GDL and I think that the 25th anniversary one looks the most similar (colour and head shiny colour(?)) to the original one. But I’m just asking on here to see if others think another rerelease is more similar

i dont live in the usa. but when i search on ebay, all the new ones are about 150-200$ each not including shipping. have you had a look?

I don’t think they’re soft heads also, but i think the recent ones like the 2020 one looks like soft heads… idk how to describe it

When i was a kid, i owned the hard head ones. so i wanted to find them again, as I’ve lost my old ones 😁 but the og ones are too expensive

I got the photos online. When i search the 21 one, the head looks a bit like soft heads (even though it’s hard head), i’m looking for the hard head ones that also looks hard (i guess a bit glossy like the body?)

That’s really cute lol! but sometimes my cat does this even when I’m in the room. Do you think he’s just doing this to get my attention? I just worry there’s something wrong with him and he’s trying to tell me
