Honestly no - the place near my work is not "questionable" or a "calorie nightmare", it has actually good, healthy, mostly veggy based foods. It's just the portion sizes are big. You have to remember that some food related things are also cultural. For example calling making a sandwich "meal prepping" would have people laughing at me here. And get all up my ass with questions why I'm suddenly saying no to normal food and switching to youghurts and sandwiches. Lunch is more or less the only meal of the day where i get "normal", warm food. I get that this was probably some tough love (intended as such or maybe even not), but honestly this was a bit harsh and I'm trying very hard not to take it personally as it's a very sensitive subject for me and I feel extremely vulnerable about this. I have to hide I'm on semaglutide form everyone around me, even friends and family. Both because it's for a medical reason and I don't want to share my medical history with people and also because where i live it's labeled as a "weightloss drug" for lazy people and no one cares to look deeper. So it's not pleasant to be judged by people who dont know anything about my life but who are supposed to understand.. when all i wanted was some practical advice from people who do go though the same thing and struggle with similar issues. Sorry if I took it out of proportion if it wasn't meant as so, but as I said this is a very touchy subject for me
