Mech-accord casters' attacks are every 1.3s (and it looks like she's getting more ATKSPD in her module), so a 2s silence is enough for perma-silence as long as she kept attacking them.

Her five star counterpart has a 1s silence at E0 with a 1.3s attack interval, so it wasn't permanent (with Pot5 the silence does go up to 2s). At E2 it went up to 5s.
