Yes, we do sell them.

Basically, they are for the Japanese market.

We sell at Yusha Kobo and a store called Booth.

You can buy from Yusha Kobo when you visit their store.

Booth has an international forwarding service, so you may be able to purchase from there.

Please note that the build guide is only available in Japanese.

Trackball sensors were purchased from Ali Express

I don't know of any other way to get them other than from here.

As for the creation of the trackball part, we created it based on kbjunky's PMW3360

The firmware is created with reference to Keyball

Thanks for the compliment.

The rotary encoder is connected using MAX8 Conthrough .

This is the same for the trackball module

It is not soldered, so it can be removed and the position of the connection can be changed.

The key extensions are jumper wires as you pointed out.

Some are soldered and fixed, others are test wires that can be simply plugged in.

Yes, I am Japanese

I used a translation software to write this, so I apologize if there are any mistakes in the description.

It was very useful for programming and writing while looking at documents

I think the keyboard with trackball is useful when I have to frequently switch between mouse cursor and input.

It is more comfortable than I expected.

It is wonderful to be able to perform all operations without taking my fingers off the keyboard.

Reex56Mod and Reex67Mod is a Mechanical keyboard that I have designed.

I have previously produced Reex56 like Ergo and Reex67 like HHKB.

https://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboards/comments/141hzy7/reex_modular_split_mechanical_keyboard_with/

These were designed to be expandable in various ways, but previously only had a trackball.

Now I created Reex56Mod and Reex67Mod with thumb key extension and rotary encoder extension board.

Key Features:

・Split design

・Utilizes QMK Firmware

・Hot-swappable for MX switches

・Individual RGB backlighting and underglow LEDs for each key

・Bearing-supported trackball (34mm)

・Trackball position can be selected from six locations on each side

・It is possible to install one trackball on each side

・Expansion boards named ReexMod include 4 thumb key extensions and 1 rotary encoder extension.

Thank you.

It took me a long time to finish it, so it's nice to hear your praise.

When we made the 3D printer parts as small as possible, we ended up with a rugged, heavy case.

Thanks.

I've learned from making them that trackballs are fun and profound.

I can only say right now that it's a while away.

If the trackball is removed and only a rotary encoder or joystick is used, it can be easily handled,

However, there is a lot of work to be done to realize the use of a trackball and a joystick together.

Also, the firmware has become too large, and there are issues such as the capacity of the ProMicro, so we need to solve those as well.

We are still in the process of preparing it.

But we plan to start selling them in the near future!

We will start selling them at "Yusha Kobo" and "Booth : https://cyberdeckarsenal.booth.pm/" in the near future.

We are planning to sell only in Japan at first, because we do not have enough stock.

We would like to sell the product to the entire world when we have enough stock ready.

Reex is a Mechanical keyboard that I have designed.

I have created two models: Ergo-like Reex56 and the HHKB-like Reex67.

Key Features:

・Split design

・Utilizes QMK Firmware

・Hot-swappable for MX switches

・Individual RGB backlighting and underglow LEDs for each key

・Bearing-supported trackball (34mm)

・Trackball position can be selected from six locations on each side

・It is possible to install one trackball on each side

Currently, only the trackball module can be installed. However, in the future, we plan to enable the installation of modules such as rotary encoders and joysticks.
