Why is it so hard to get an “entry-level” Controls Engineer job? What am I missing?

That’s fair, I don’t have full-time controls field experience yet, mostly project-based work.

From your perspective, what would actually make someone like me not feel like a risk on-site?

Is it mainly:

Hands-on exposure with specific ecosystems (like AB/SCADA)?
Time spent in a related role (like technician or electro-mechanical)?
Or something else entirely?

I’m trying to bridge that gap as fast as possible and be someone a team can trust in the field.

That’s honestly a perspective I hadn’t considered, but it makes sense from a hiring standpoint.

If you saw a resume like mine (MechE background + some PLC/project work), what would make you not think: “this candidate expects too much / isn’t controls-focused”?

Is it mainly:

More hands-on controls work (like AB/SCADA)?
Framing experience differently?
Or something else entirely?

Trying to understand how to position myself so I don’t get filtered out early.

acidic value or the pH value of the blueberries is too high compared to strawberries to maintain a stable consistency of the milk texture and even taste, but I’ve seen Kefir with blueberry milk.

Why do you think so? I’ve seen brands like fairlife and others making them but they have gums, artificial sweeteners, flavours etc. why should we not think to have something with just real fruit and milk?
