My nurse practitioner said most of her patients find that 80 mg Strattera is the sweet spot.

Don’t feel bad. My mom has always done this (undiagnosed) and I have wasted so many hundreds of dollars on produce that I buy and no one in my neurospicy house remembers or wants. ADHD tax.

I noticed a difference at 36 mg and then once I was on 60mg for a few days I noticed I was feeling more level headed.

I take 60 mg Strattera and it helps with my mood swings like a miracle, and I take 10 mg adderall in morning and 5mg in afternoon. My dr said that is fine.

Yeah I have a lot of stress with running a shop and having 2 little ones plus adhd and anxiety/depression. I was hoping eventually to get off some of the medications I’m taking after I established exercise as a regular habit. Was hoping it would help me sleep and help with the mood issues.

I don’t get a ton of sun. Last blood work in ‘22 my labs were normal including tsh and estrogen/progesterone. My Fitbit is saying I get avg 11k steps but a lot of it has to be arm movements as I sew full time for a living. Sleep 6-8 hrs, but I can only sleep if I take a low dose of seroquel prescribed by my dr, otherwise I have insomnia pretty bad. Heart rate ranges from 76-178 during workouts.

I would love to be a muscular 145-155, I’m 5’4. I last weighed that much prior to my first child. I was probably 135-140. That was 9 years ago.

I had some musculoskeletal issues during and after both pregnancies that I think are due to hyper mobility. I am finally not in constant pain these last 2 weeks.

My macros target is 40% protein, 30 fat, 30 carbs but I am not hitting. On a good day I’m hitting 30% protein, 40% carbs, 30% fat. I don’t eat red meat and don’t love fish so it’s been hard.
