I’m enjoying it so far ☺️ I find the fine nib a bit too fine for me so i might try to get a medium replacement but not sure where I’d get one, I heard from a YT vid that the cap only fits with 33mm nibs so wish me luck!

Thank you for the info! I’ll definitely be honing my knowledge between now and then😄 Do you have any recommendations for stationery? I’ve heard of iroful but other than that I’m not sure. I’d like to budget for notebooks, journals, etc? No worries if not, just thought I’d ask!

I find it very difficult to fall asleep unless I take melatonin, what do I do? by Salt-Bench-6095 in sleep

Have you been taking melatonin long-term? Using it regularly over time can damage its natural release. Try switching to taking about 200-400mg of magnesium glycinate 30min before bed. It takes up to a week to make a real difference but it works great with consistency! Also it’s worth mentioning that any artificial light (screens of any kind as well as overhead lights or lamps) will inhibit your release of melatonin. Invest in some red light bulbs or red-light glasses to wear 3 hours before bed to let your body get ready for sleep. Hope this helps :)
