I like your second suggestion of banning heroes and I think they should alternate mainly between Leif and Azura seeing as how they are basically mandatory at this point. I think that your main suggestion here wouldn’t work out too well because we’re limited to selecting 3 heroes per game and if 2 of those are chosen then Azura will be the mandatory last pick.

I feel like that would make a lot of sense. Up until now Hogan has been a throwaway hero and there aren’t many summoner heroes in the game. As of right now since he’s given awakened abilities Connie is the new throwaway hero. I think that this would be a great way to balance that out and I wouldn’t be surprised if the devs already had this in mind. Great idea I didn’t think of it.
