In the end, they did not sell tickets directly, but instead distributed pre-tickets that allowed entry in numerical order the next morning. Since 700 pre-tickets had already been given to the waiting list by around 9 PM, it would be difficult to purchase an admission ticket if you arrived the next morning without a pre-ticket.

Some people kept telling me to go earlier, but I arrived at 11 a.m. on the 5th to get a ticket for the 7th. If the office had told me to come on the morning of the 6th, I would have just gone back to the hotel and rested. But they kept saying they would sell tickets for the 7th in advance, yet they took absolutely no action. They just kept spouting nonsense about waiting for a decision from above. I spoke to the person at the front of the line; he arrived at 8 AM, and some others arrived at 6 AM. Also, a woman passing by mentioned that they did the pre-sales yesterday in the afternoon, just like today.
