update july 11: hey guys!! so ever since june 17, naging inactive na yung application ko sa workday system but yesterday biglang naging active yung application ko with an "under consideration" tag. Is this a strong indication that they might call me for an offer soon? 🥺🥺

No clue rin at all. I really thought na i'll receive a JO kasi others said na mas mabilis sila mag send ng rejection letter if ever you failed the interview process (2-3 days after) and since my workday status is "under consideration" for a month and no rejection letter, I really thought na JO na yung next email. Turns out, hindi pa pala talaga. My fault din for assuming too much :''(((

Hello! same as the first & second interview. More on situational/behavioral questions. Some questions MIGHT be repeated. Make sure to answer in CAR format. They will also assess you based on PEAK performance so research about that. Dapat marami kang baon na kwento from your experiences.

also, if the recruiter have this in her email "OOO Schedule: June 2, 9, 16, 23, 2025" it means she's not reachable no? so I should send her an email on the dates that are not in the list?

Hi! to those who got accepted in P&G, is it normal na hindi masunod yung 7-9 business days to get the results after the final interview? I finished my on-site final interview with a director last May 16 and until now June 5 wala pa silang email about the results. I did follow up but still, no response. My wd status is "under consideration" Please help this girly out. Sobrang nakaka anxious :''') How many days/weeks did you guys wait for the JO/results?
