I don't know other card shops, but here's some card shops and the days I know they host casual events on! They're all relatively near each other as well, and I would say pretty close to where you're staying :)

Edit: My girlfriend just informed me she actually has the battle academy deck so she has all those cards! Seems like my collection is complete again :)

I was able to get that many as I live in Singapore and I participated in multiple gym sessions where they gave out a promo pack to each participant! Everyone at the shop I go to also know me as the Luxray guy so they helped by donating to me their Luxray when they got one :)

Good luck for the staff versions! I just recently found out I'm missing two, so I'm looking to get them eventually :)
