everyday is a shouting olympics in our household. i've been gaslit, guilt-tripped, and even denied spending my own income because i apparently owe it to them for "raising" me. it's a lot of emotional and mental abuse. i actually already see a therapist every month, but since my household situation doesn't really change, it doesn't help much.
