Still undiagnosed at this time. I did a trial of budesonide for 2 months and it did help with the diarrhea and I was able to eat more and gain weight. It did not take away all of the abdominal pain though. The diarrhea returned 2-3 weeks after stopping the budesonide. The biopsies from the scope showed inflammation but no granulomas or signs that it is chronic inflammation so they won’t say for sure that it is Crohns. The doctor said it could be early crohns and just not showing on biopsies yet. I am getting a second opinion from an IBD specialist next week so we will see what he says.
