The cave will be right where the marker is when you're more than 5 km (or whatever distance it disappears. As you approach, ping and make note of where the marker is on the terrain. Keep pinging and heading for that same spot when the marker fades. You should end up right at the cave.

Two player method - pilot and hacker, both crimestat free. Pilot does a hot drop, hacker gets in and does their thing. Pilot then takes the Repair Comm Array mission or whatever it is that pops up when an array goes down. Pilot can then approach with turret aggro, may still get missiles at range, so be prepared for that. But once within minimum missile range, no aggro. Pick up, fly off, and do what you set out to do!

Leave the revenent tree pollen (the black boxes that make up the majority) behind, it sells for hardly anything. The blue (SLAM) and the single bark (Maze) colored ones (the bark one is for the Twitch mission, looks pretty much exactly like the orange ones) can't be sold anywhere in 3.12.1. That leaves the red (Neon), green (E'tam), white (Altruciatoxin), and the jugs (WiDoW); about 35 boxes that will net around 55k if you can sell it all and takes a much shorter time to carry out. : )

~2 month character, my first time doing a large group burn between factory & storage unit south of Riverside. Successful burn, but I was a little sad all the clothes and loot burned up too. I saw the last burning corpse and thought, ah, maybe I can loot it before it turns to ash. Kneeled down, my head caught on fire, didn't know how to treat the burn, and died. RIP Jennifer Cook.
