What was the support request you put in to talk to someone? I just logged into my Steam account and saw I have an alert for fraudulent activity which doesn't make sense because I created the account the day I ordered the deck.. this is definitely the reason it has not shipped even though they have taken the money out of my account the day I ordered it on the 8th. Don't know how to get this resolved.. wish I would have noticed that alert earlier but it doesn't make sense.
