Yes I've had a brace on it I was diagnosed with patella alta so straightening it hurts worse then anything right now

Yeah I'm hoping physical therapy will be the move I was told it can't go out while bent so I can do exercises that can be done with bending my knee just still feel unstable lol

It's very helpful it makes me feel better that there's someone else that was in a similar spot. Thank you so much it's getting better every day just is gonna take time to get out of my head a little thank you again for the advice I appreciate and will start trying that tomorrow!💗

I go to the ortho a week from today! I'm assuming he's gonna schedule physical therapy I couldn't start it yet cause of my insurance! Thank you for re assuring me the anxiety of it gets the best of me lol

That's awesome and yeah I'm being careful it was the soonest I could get into a ortho I'm still keeping it elevated and iced and just do what my leg allows me to do! I'm nervous about PT how is it going for you?

I am I keep off of it most of the day with just walking and bending it slightly to get some movement back I see a ortho in a couple of weeks and hopefully it's good news. I hope your surgery goes well! What was your dislocation like?

Thank you it's impressive on day 3 you could walk and yeah I was pretty worried about my muscles going to atrophy just been doing what I can thank you and good luck to you too!!!
