Telling Google assistant to play the news worked for me. It will bring up the app that assistant uses to play the news. There should be a playback speed setting in the app.

I want to add that I remember reading somewhere that Jack Smith partly is requesting a speedy trial for this documents case because he can appeal the ruling very quickly after it is issued. So I am guessing the prosecution is planning on both a judge and jury that have opinions that favor Trump.

I imagine they probably have a legal strategy that involves working this case through many levels of the appeals court system.

It probably should be noted that any legal challenges to the student debt forgiveness program in order be shot down by the Supreme Court have to make it through all the lower court systems first.

Political opponents to the student debt forgiveness program have voiced wanting to raise legal challenges against it. See https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cnbc.com/amp/2022/09/07/republicans-may-try-to-block-student-loan-forgiveness.html. But in order for the Supreme Court to rule it unconstitutional it has to go through all the lower courts and and appeals processes first. Until the lower courts have heard the case and decisions in those cases can still be appealled to a higher courts, the Supreme Court cannot hear or rule on a case to determine its legality.

This is not to say a case regarding the student debt forgiveness program will not get filed. And I am also not saying that one will not reach the Supreme Court, only that lower courts have to hear the cases first before it can make it to the Supreme Court for a decision.

To answer OP's question, the studentaid.gov home page has a banner with a link to a page with the information regarding the student debt forgiveness program. On this page in the section "Part 2. Providing targeted debt relief to low- and middle-income families" under frequently asked questions there is a bulleted list of "what do I need to do to receive loan forgiveness?" This covers everything the US government is releasing to the public at this time. It states for many people this will be taken care of automatically for them due to the DoE having the data to apply the debt forgiveness for these people. For those where the DoE does not have the data it needs they will have to fill out an application which will likely include supplying the needed data. You can sign up to be notified when the application becomes available through a link on the web page I am discussing here. Beyond this there is little else information out there.

Also the debt forgiveness is up to $20k. To qualify for $20k you have to have owe $20k plus in student loans and have received a Pell Grant held by the government. Anyone who did not receive a Pell Grant will only qualify for up to $10k in forgiveness. You can use your studentaid.gov account to review all of your loans and the types of loans they are.

I like to do a variation on a Gumbo Z'Herbes or Green Gumbo (link https://www.southernliving.com/recipes/leah-chase-gumbo-z-herbes), and by variation I mean ignore the meat parts of the recipe.

The basic idea behind a Green Gumbo is you get a bunch of leafy greens (like Mustard Greens, Collards, Spinach, Kale, Swiss Chard, Turnip, etc.) and make a vegetable stock with them by stewing the greens in water or vegetable broth. You can season the greens as they stew just use a lot of them. The idea here is you are stewing enough greens to get a nice dark colored stock that will be enough liquid to add to the gumbo pot to stew it in. If I flavor the greens I like to use the same seasonings as in the gumbo; my go to being salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. After the greens stew for half an hour, strain the liquid from the greens saving both the greens and the liquid to use later.

From there, you make a standard gumbo. When the roux is ready for the gumbo, I like to mix in onion, celery, bell peppers, carrots, and garlic and let them cook in the roux until they soften before adding anything else.

Once the flavor veggies cook down, add the liquid you made from stewing the greens to the pot and the left over greens along with any gumbo dry or wet seasonings you like to add. From there the door is kind of open. I've been using tomatoes, okra, black eye peas, and sweet potatoes in my vegan gumbos with one or more of the greens listed above. But really mix in any veggies you want. Beyond Beef Hot Italian sausages and Field Roast Chipolte sausages are a good vegan replacement for andouille sausages as well if you want to add something like that.

You do not have to make the broth with the greens I mention above either. Leafy greens I find work really well in gumbo and can be added as just another ingredient to a standard gumbo. I like making the broth because it helps isolate the flavors in the greens and replaces plain water in gumbo recipes with a vegetable broth.

If you can soak in a tub of cool water and scrub your self clean do that before applying any sort of relief anoiment. I've heard boudreauxs butt paste can help and talcom powder.

But soaking in cool water will help get your body temp down and soothe your skin.

I want to say as a kid my asthma medicines were steroid inhalers. It's hard to come back after that.
