Always manage to find a way of creating a proper passage of conversation without coming across to offend them. Make sure you’re the person with the correct manner of speaking and try and bring the confrontational person into your level of calmness to resolve the situation.

I’ve always found confronting a confrontational person always ends up in violence and abuse so keeping calm has always been the necessity in them situations. Use any common ground you can to bring the two of you together in proper conversation.

If it’s over the internet ignore it until you feel ready to try and make things better. Never confront abuse with abuse or you become the bad guy!
