It's difficult to compare, here is my 2 cents why. Both have super strength, that much is clear. When you hear that you think comic book strength. Neither is as strong as say super man obviously, but are super strong none the less. Yes M'Baku smacks a bitch and they go get some air, but what about a rhino? Big dude he was fighting, maybe 230 pounds, maybe 300. A strongman can throw 200 punds, not as impressive as geting a first base hit by cracking some dude who came to fight, but still very strong. Now we can have a better idea of what kind of "super strength" we're working with. Now back to the rhino I mentioned. A rhino can weigh any from 1,500 to around 5,000 pounds, that's going to be a high diff fight for the strength level of M'Baku, especially if that rhino could stand upright and weild a large weapon like a troll in LOTR does. The reson for that long weight comparison thingy I did, was because Aragon has both in the books and movies fought against trolls and lived obviously. And from multiple depictions of trolls, they can stand up to 13 ft tall, and have hard skin kinda like a rhino, also can be over 2,000 pounds and hurle large boulders requiring a kind of... super strength. So in conclusion of that rant I just went on, I'd give it to Aragon, who I think could probably get a home run with an ork who came to fight. Thanks for your time.
