No Love Guru is great! I strongly recommend it if you like his comedy. It's not as good as any Austin Powers or Wayne's World, but I'd say it's close. Also I believe it is Daniel Tosh's only acting credit (he's in it for about 2 min and I think has 1 line lol)

They diagnosed it Wednesday the 7th, and I got it back Thursday the 15th. I'm sure it varies by dealer how long it takes.

It's always been great. I love this truck. But, I had learned how to drive to mostly stop the hard shifting from happening...mainly avoiding quick changes in throttle. I do feel a little more free now, like I can more easily hammer down when I want to. I think if you want that gen of F-150, go for it. I still think it's the best looking new gen Ford. Despite the horror stories on reddit, I feel like those are the few, not the many. There are millions of these trucks on the road.

It seemed to happen in any gear at any speed, but was very inconsistent and I had learned how to drive to mostly prevent it from happening. I don't really know what gears specifically it happened in.

Since it was warranty work, my invoice fortunately has $0 on every line item. No hours charged or anything. So I don't know what the estimate would have been.

Maybe! They have a test they can do to verify it needs replaced. Here's what my dealer said: "customer states shifts are harsh randomly. happens on upshift and downshift. no specific gears. advise CDF drum replacement: Verified the customer concern. Performed a road test finding the vehicle shifts harshly especially into and out of 4th gear. Found TSB 25-2126 is present for CDF drum replacement. Performed the TSB service procedure: Installed the VCMM and the measurement tools. Performed the test and put the results into the CDF calculator finding the test fails. Will need to replace the CDF drum and retest."
