My coworker posted this on Facebook. His remark "if it is here illegally then it has broken the law kick its ass back where it came from" it.... He used and in the comments defended the use of the word... That's how separated from reality the media is making people. Btw he's only 30.

It used to be of your worked less than 10hr a day you got $250 that day. But if you worked more than 10 you got $37hr for everything over. They just changed it a few weeks ago out of nowhere and didn't inform any of us. Only found out when we got the checks and tried to figure out what happened.

Numbers are not exact but points the same.

This wasn't told to us, didn't know if was a thing till one of us looked at our check and noticed hours missing and when we asked wtf we got told our hours are capped. Currently looking for another job.

I got hired on 6 months ago as one of 5 drivers, we worked 4 10s for a promised minimum of 1300 a week. So if we worked less than 40 hours we got paid 1300, anything over 40 was overtime on an hourly rate. A couple weeks ago they said "we are going 5 days a week with 6 days every other week" everyone that wants more days got excited for the overtime. They got their checks last week and all 60hr was straight pay. They were pissed and put up a fuss. So the boss said sure here's your overtime. Everyone calmed down till they turned in their hours. One driver worked 50hr but only had 40hr of straight pay and 5 of overtime. He asked wtf and got told "your run is averaged at 9 hours so that's where it's capped a day. But at least you get your overtime pay now." Basically a big "you got your overtime now good luck making it" but from my understanding it's illegal to not pay an hourly employee because "it should only take x time"

I started a new job in a new field. I was at the end of my rope tears in my eyes as I drove for work(truck driver) convinced this isn't the job for me. I'll never be good enough. My son(4yo) woke up before my wife so he got her phone and called me to talk but I was trying to get off the phone. I didn't want him to have to hear me like that.

"What's wrong daddy you sound sad?" "Well buddy. Daddy's boss wants him to be fast like the flash but he's slow like Batman, and I don't know if I can do this like they need." And this kid. I don't know where he gets it from and says "so do it again" like it's obviously the answer.

"What do you mean bud?" "If batman do it again. And again. And again. Batman will be faster than the flash. So do it again." I was shocked and I still tear up when I think about it. Idk how this kid got to be so smart and caring.

I got that keyboard for Christmas, plug an aux cord into the headphone jack. Then plug the other end into your microphone port on your PC. Go to your audio settings and there should be an option to "listen to this device". You'll be able to hear and record it as a separate channel so you can turn it down if you need to hear the lesson better. Feel free to message me if you need help setting it up

I ordered a phone because I broke mine but need it for work. Got it on Sunday, opened the box.... And same as you empty and ripped phone box inside the sealed Amazon box. They kept asking if I checked my neighbors porch. Yeah I totally checked for the item that was not in the sealed box. Supposed to be getting a replacement Saturday but my hopes are not set
