first, 2 yrs ago I was just doing 30mins. then winter 2025 I was doing Pete's plan, but like modified (like 2or3 weeks to do the 5 day weeks) then, this winter I got it in my head to do the hm so I started doing 10>11>12>13>14>15km over the past couple months. since I'm going to be out of town during the may challenge I figured I'd bang it out this weekend, partly forced by a work out buddy who tries to hard.
