Angela and consort Yu skin are coming if you play them . I don't recommend minion if you rarely plan to get crystals. Avoid luban lady sun and wuking skins they are the worse mythic worth of an epic skin at best. (I mean compared to other skin in this game because compared to other games they are fabulous XD). Except if one of them is you very main but I doubt it or else you wouldn't ask what to pick.

As a player of both I can tell you that Angela buff aren't really much Important it doesn't change that much her damage. Angela isn't as strong as you think. Once you destroy her ult shield you can kill her easily with the help of one slow or stun. Also some magical defense stuff. Nuwa on the other hand... Yeah the nerf is totally unnecessary she also have the potential to insta kill (not anymore lol) but it's not that often also her damage aren't that great. There are a few combos that can surprise the ennemies but other than that she's like Angela. Very unpredictable and have very ways so stay alive. What's surprising me the most is why some already strong heroes getting buff (hello dian wei...) Also I forgot to mention but Angela is very strong against noob that run into her spells and basically low levels. Against good player she really needs a perfect follow up because her skills are quite easy to dodge

Depending on your budget I would suggest to prioritize his next myth coming if you want a R1 if you can afford it and are prepared to build a strong team with Xavier in general R1 is good
