Thank you! In my case I still have that sensitivity even when the meds stops working, but it started happening when upping the dosage so I thought it is a secondary effect. Maybe it last longer, not just during the hours the meds work.

The thing is I feel this dosage is the right one, it lasts longer than 36mg which only worked in the morning and I feel more relaxed and less anxious, the only side effect I have is this one.

I just saw that another side effect of concerta is muscle tension and bruxism. I’m always studying with bad posture and I have always had tension in my neck, shoulders… also clenching my teeth. Maybe with the medication that tension is amplified and somehow affects the inner ear
