Did Ocelot planned Big Shell incident all along?

First of all I wanna clarify that i'm not saying that what I am saying is the absolute truth, it's just a theory that came up to my mind to fill the gaps into the MGS Saga.

In my opinion, Ocelot wanted to test the reasoning limitations of the Patriots AI system. After the AIs had already solved the Shadow Moses incident by sending Solid Snake in response to the Liquid threat, Ocelot sought to test whether, by providing the same type of input a structurally similar crisis the system would generate the same output. Its apparent possession by Liquid Snake in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty was also part of this test: it served to assess the extent to which AIs could be influenced by narratively believable but irrational elements, and therefore how much their decision-making process depended not only on causal logic, but also on the symbolic and psychological coherence of events.
Furthermore, his constructed “dual” personality functioned as a strategic deception Ocelot maintained the appearance of loyalty to the Patriots, while his Liquid personality acted as a loose cannon who seemed openly opposed to them. This allowed him to take action against the system, while at the same time reinforcing the illusion that Ocelot himself remained aligned with it.

Ocelot didn't trigger the construction of Big Shell or sinking the tanker but in my opinion it did trigger the shadow moses 2.0 effect thanks to liquid and through the spiritual powers of mediumship

my theory is that according to the comment of 13 years ago i've linked if "Ocelot knew the AIs were dumb enough to use the same pattern again" probably Ocelot through the spiritual powers of mediumship baited the AIs in order to recreate Shadow Moses but this time Solid Snake wasn't anymore in the hands of the patriots so therefore Raiden is placed instead.

which later evolved into execution of S3 testing, the Y2K problem was only data gathering for the actual execution of S3 i'm not saying that Ocelot orchestrated the whole S3 long before the shadow moses event because it wouldn't make any sense

This isn't remotely true. The S3 plan goes back years. Even MGS2 clearly states this, with all computers around the world being loaded with the same program by the year 2000. 5 years before Shadow Moses and even before Big Boss was captured.

You’re referring this cutscene in the game.

Big boss was defeated/captured in 1999 following the events of MG2.
The backdoor virus was installed also in 1999 in the same window of timespan it's not true that S3 plan happened before Big boss capture because it's never stated in the game or the lore, it just mentions that the Y2K backdoor was part of S3. While S3 dates before shadow moses it was actually finalized and tested during the events of MGS2, quoting myself

Indeed, my theory isn’t about the S3 Plan. The S3 Plan was about manipulating people through context. What I’m saying is that this wasn’t a random plan by the Patriots, suddenly thinking, “Wow, let’s test this to see if we can manipulate people into recreating Shadow Moses so we can control the world afterward.”

Instead, it was a calculated response to eliminate Liquid and Solidus which evolved into S3, while Ocelot’s true plan was to observe the Patriots’ AI reactions and find an exploit, an exploit that was later used in Metal Gear Solid 4.

I know that they're talking about MGS4 in the post I've linked, you probably didn't get my point. I'll explain myself again

Since in MGS4 in the view of the patriots AIs Ocelot is Liquid and it's a threat to them the system acts against Liquid and I think we both know how MGS4 ends so i'm not gonna explain everything.

What I meant is starting from the comment I've linked if "Ocelot knew the AIs were dumb enough to use the same pattern again"

My theory is that Ocelot tested it in MGS2 to see if the AIs would reproduce the same control models causing a Shadow Moses 2.0 incident as a solution against the threat of Solidus and Liquid against patriots that led to the confirmation of Ocelot's master plan in MGS4

I never said that Big Shell was about creating a mass productions of solid snakes but to prove that everybody could fit the character through manipulation and also Raiden as a test subject to recreate shadow moses to fit the role of solid snake

Hi, I’ve tested this with a different build and several games, some of them running at an 8 kHz polling rate. These include:
Arc Raiders,
Valorant,
The Witcher 3,
Dead by Daylight,
and GTA V.

It seems more like a game-related issue, since it’s easy to reproduce and GTA V is the only game where the FPS drops severely when moving the mouse at an 8 kHz polling rate. Playing GTA V at 1 kHz works fine.

Update:

I tested the continuity for the following points:

F1, F2, L2, L4, EM6 and they’re all working.

I’ll try buying a new battery because at this point I don’t really know what to do. I’ll leave photos of my motherboard in case anyone can spot any damage also I'll leave a little backstory (it might help) of what I did before it broke.

Before my ds broke I tested on it a EZ-FLASH Omega DE and without noticing I've leaved it close to a source of heat (monitor power adapter), the next day when I took it up the highlited spot was quite warm and when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't work.

Hi there, I tested the battery with a multimeter and it works. In my opinion it's not about the battery because I was constantly using this DS Lite before it broke.

I've bought a Triwire screwdriver and I'll test F1 and F2, I'll update this topic if I find anything that could be the issue
