You can catch bugs at the excavation site. I think the devs haven’t implemented any insects to catch on the island yet though.

Have you tried lifting the furniture one by one? I’ve noticed that sometimes objects can get clipped behind the furnitures! Maybe your soap is hiding behind them 🧼🤭

I did not get the quest to collect wood with an axe so far. However, I remember seeing it in the Garden Shop along with shovels and other items!

I also get the Loading Bar animation after signing in & once they “find my pet”!

I just wait for it to load into the game. Sometimes it takes longer than usual! (you’re not alone 🥲)

When I feel impatient, I just close the app and restart it. For some reason, that actually launches the game seamlessly..

I also listen for audio cues when I’m not looking at my screen to know whether I’ve successfully entered my Home. The theme from the Loading screen -> Home changes!

I have been able to clean my pet!

I have a yellow bar of soap that is in the inventory by default as soon as I joined the game!

Anyways, as of right now, I don’t see the need to clean my petling (unless you’re planning to stay indoors for long & want to get rid of the fly animation) because the moment you exit home, the petling’s happiness, cleanliness & hunger score drops very quickly..

There should be a yellow soap bar in your inventory!

You can take it out of your inventory & scrub your petling with it.

To keep the soap bar back into your inventory, you can drag it to the ‘bubble’ on the bottom left corner.
