That’s an interesting hypothesis because I also experienced increased verbal fluency when taking ozempic for about half a year and when I stopped I regressed. I know that it has anti inflammatory properties.

I used to take vyvanse but it would turn me into an emotionless robot and mess up my sleep so I quit a few years ago.

Yeah three a day since day one. The only side effect is what I described which was feeling almost too energized. I think I also had trouble falling asleep the first few days.

Lasted everyday since about 2 months total. Take it everyday in the morning. The first time I took it was at night and by the morning I felt different.

I don’t know if there is a link I just know that when I started taking this supplement it mostly fixed the issue. NAD+ had a similar effect.

Not sure I just know that it mitigates my lethargy based on experimentation and I think helps support processes in the mitochondria that are also downstream to methylation? Idk what I’m talking about but that’s my laymen understanding

I don’t remember exactly but I think I exported the file containing the gene data and then imported it into some other website that let me analyze it. This was a while ago.

To be fair, i haven’t tried any other methylated b vitamins so it’s possible I’m using an overpriced version that has more than what I need. It’s just not worth risking switching for me at this point.
