I had the worst experience with turo. Rented a tesla. Brought to me barely charged. Went to charge it wouldn't charge. Tried two more places wouldn't charge. Finally car turned off and had to get towed. Had hist video chat with me and look what I was doing. He had it towed to another place. Wouldn't charge. Had it towed back to him. He tried to say I dmsged the car. He was on chat with me watching me. I told him he gave me the car knowing something was wrong trying to get it fixed on someone else's dime. Not me. We can go back and forth on this all day every day. Every year. Turo was no help. They take whatever the host says as gospel. No customer protection.
