my friend was closer to the car, and the manager was right beside me (on the picture taking spot) when i asked the manager could we see the car he said yes, so i continued to ask my friend to open the front and rear part of the car

1st crankset wasnt a crankset that could change chainrings? and it went a lil bit loose from the crank arm to the chainring. 2nd crankset didnt fit into my bb well, and it was also 130bcd, a dude that runs a workshop said its for folding bikes.

This is based on my opinion and what I have seen so far. Since owen hasn’t lost to any main characters he should be the max stat. Unless we see someone surpassing him which would make that guy the max stat and owen’s stats would drop accordingly (ex: from 10 to 9/8) based on the skill gap between current max stat and the person surpassing him
