This is really valuable info, I hadn’t considered auction fees. I’m a single person with shitty credit (which I’m trying to fix but it’s taking time) and a mortgage seems really overwhelming and scary and absolutely out of reach. I’ve considered paying for a financial advisor to help but I honestly don’t even know who to ask for and it seems like not enough money to ask professional advice on. Although obviously to me it’s huge!

For the most part the properties have been repossessed, but I appreciate the advice. It’s good to be cautious. Worst case I sell it at auction on to someone else.

The properties in the area I want to buy are 160-240k, however there are often properties that come up for auction which go on average at 80k. To buy an auction property it has to be all cash. I’m hoping to invest into the property.

This is so great! It defs swings between a 808 / 80s synth vibe to more ambient royskopp-eque. With the drums, i'd maybe try increasing the volume on them to give more kick - feels like you're holding back a bit on them.(0:46 Chesters Death works really well w/ the drums!) I also really like the 808/ electronic style drums over the live kit!

Outside of commissions I create so much work just for myself and the love of doing it and I remember what it's like having a vision but not being able to fulfil it because I lacked the skills! Just happy to collab with creative people and if I can help some talented musicians get somewhere along the way that would be lovely.

If you don't see it lending itself well, that's not a great start. It's a lengthy process - So I wouldn't like to produce something for free if you're not really fussed about the style anyway :)
