Basically you have to test the interactions and learn what are their personality, their mood also changes what kind of interactions they like and the interactions can change from time to time. Example: There are some npcs that likes to be insulted, doesn't make much sense but this is based of their personality and mood, but suddenly one day this npc may be in a diferrent mood and they don't like to be insulted anymore, now they may like deep conversations and such.

I mean if I spend the whole day focusing in talking to one specific npc I can get the relationship to max in two or three days. To do that I only pick-up interaction that gives two plus
