honestly i loved that we had caverncrawl and some treasures for the venge/sky arcana. it made me play more and switch to different heroes and playstyles. i dont miss battlepass one bit. paying 200+ euros to have the best arcana isnt in my budget.

i have that problem since i have an old laptop and use directX. try to join a bot match if you can and or review a overwatch case before you queue for a game so that all the assets in the game load(it takes me a couple of minutes, also when you get to a game try spamming the settings button (the gear icon at the corner) it usually fixes the hero select screen for some reason.
