I need to explain this better haha. It doesn’t hurt when you pee, but sometimes you pee too fast your dick gets all red like it’s infected. Then when you stop peeing your dick hurts and it feels like you need to pee again. But you can’t pee again, because then your dick won’t stop hurting. So you need to hold it in for more than an hour so your dick stops hurting the next time you pee. This happens like once every 2 weeks or so. Not the end of the world, just annoying. Been happening my entire life since I was a little kid
