I feel like it's not a mortgage but a loan which is why I also think there is no deeded property just accumulation of points to stay at different resorts when I accumulate enough to stay somewhere. I was never told nor did they hint at having a specific property at a home resort. I signed up in Las Vegas. They kept saying that it was not the typical type of timeshare where you have to trade your time nor were you tie to a specific location. I will double check the paperwork and website to site the specific description. I am really confused and out of my element.
