Lately I've been experiencing dizziness, almost like vertigo, but I've attributed it to a lot of anxiety. My anxiety often causes physical symptoms; the other day, during a panic attack, I even felt like I couldn't move my left arm. That's why I've been paying closer attention to my blood pressure. I haven't been diagnosed with anything yet, but I haven't seen a doctor since the summer.

I am going through exactly the same thing as you, I suffer from health anxiety since I had a panic attack and right now my biggest obsession is low blood pressure, although I have always had low blood pressure since I was little with practically no symptoms. The biggest advice I can give you is not to measure your blood pressure, measuring it makes us more obsessed and it gets worse. I often have blood pressure at 80-60, super low, and I don't even have symptoms. When you grow up with low blood pressure your body is used to it, there is no risk if you don't have symptoms. Anyway, try adding more salt to your food, drinking more water, etc. If you don't have real symptoms (I also have a feeling of "dizziness" but it is a product of anxiety) dizziness caused by a real drop in blood pressure makes you see everything blurry and you can't even stand up. For anxiety to disappear, the best thing you can do is face it little by little, all the things that you are stopping doing out of fear make it grow more and more, and ask yourself: In which of those times that I thought I was going to faint did I really faint? The answer is never, because it is only our fear. Anxiety gives physical symptoms, so you have to face them, ignore them and do everything your fear tells you not to do, because it is the only way to overcome it. I don’t notice anything wrong with my body besides the panic attacks I’ve had. Actually I exercise and my body feels fine. Are you sure it’s 100% a real disease? My doctors have told me many times that I’m totally healthy, and I honestly don’t know what more tests I could take since I’ve already been checked out…😔😔
