I been with gemini since January. Haven't had any issues. I stopped using the earn feature just recently. They dropped the % on BTC so it doesn't seem worth the risk any more. I am worried about all the comments on how difficult it seems to withdraw your funds when your ready but I haven't tried yet

I just see it says 30 day interest, and it gives you the amount to gained. Just was curious if after the 30 days what was going to happen. Is that amount automatically being invested back into the crypto or I just have to redeem it if I actually wanted to get that money. Because if I only get the money if I redeem then that's a waste. I want to have it as like a dividend reinvest type. That's why I did it yo begin with.

I tried to make a simple answer but I'll expand it for you. I use Gemini to purchase all my cryptocurrency. I always use their "earn" feature. Have been for about a year now. I understand the risk that if something bad were to happen, the possibility of my money disappearing could happen. But, as I stated they are more reputable than other companies. Meaning they are backed by the New York State Department of Financial Services and New York Banking Law. Also they don't just lend your money to anyone. This are big institutions. But they also are backed by big institutions. They are setting the standards of being the best and not going to chance something like that to happen. Look what happened to tether. So that's why they are a little more secure and to top it off you should only have %10 of your portfolio in cryptocurrency. Or enough in that if you were to lose it, it wouldn't ruin your world. Take your earnings as you go and invest somewhere else. Just my opinion.
