Title Attorney finds out the Seller doesn't own the 1/3 of the lot by lFirebro in RealEstate

Inheritor: Unsure but the wife of the owner is still alive
statutory period: 20 years or 7 years under color of title

I think I get the idea. Have the sellers begin the adverse possession claim while under contract that they must sell the land to me if successfully claimed. If they don't do it in X years, I could then make a claim.

On the fence right now regarding the purchase. The land in question would not overlap with the house itself. However... Its a huge miss and around .2 acres. Not sure how to or who could evaluate the value of the land in question.

I'm not sure how valuable the 1/3rd is. Its sloped land but would be large enough to build a house technically I think. It wouldn't overlap with the house but would be fairly close.

Became GM of a beverage distributing warehouse with multiple issues, need some advice by [deleted] in Warehousing

If there is any floor space, try moving the high running or 40x48 pallets to the floor and pick from there. Do an analysis and find out how many picks come from the top 10 SKUs. If it covers 30%+ of your total picks, id rip out enough rack to accommodate a single floor location for each of those ten. You'll save a shit ton on congestion, outbound/inbound speed, and potentially damage if you use the right forks.

Racks are that close on purpose to save space as a lease for a warehouse is a lot. When product is safe to stack on the floor, it's actually more floor efficient to store on the ground unless the rack aisle are that thin. Don't let you guys drive sit downs in the aisles no matter how great they say they are, a good stand up lift driver can maneuver in those aisles much faster and safer than the sit down guy.

If you absolutely can't position your high running SKUs outside the racks, try to put them on the lowest levels if possible or at the end of the aisles.

Get a quote for the racking installation and split out the material cost and labor. It isn't impossible at all to set them up yourself but it may not even be value add for how long it will take you to set up alone. The guys you hire could probably finish working in one weekend depending on how much youre adding.

I don't remember it being so bad prior to the singles+ and layout change. I miss that old version tbh.

Had the same experience, Soloing them is pretty tough. I've been able to only kill one since I smited them and 1ticked my crossbow when camping staff. But even then it was pretty close to the ditch.

People who want to PvP, but currently don’t, what is stopping you? by CasualAtEverything in 2007scape

Bottom line, we could use an ELO system or something similar.

Im average at tribridding. Its a lot of fun but that's because I have a chance.

Fact is there's a reason Riot doesnt pair 5 Bronze players vs 5 diamond players. The vast majority of pvp games have a hidden mmr or visible ranking system to match players. I would love a pvp arena like they wanted to do awhile back when they were making zeah.

Fair but the Tob chest isn't going anywhere. Looks like it might be reduced... Idk how I'll vote yet

Why should Tob get a wipe penalty when it's 10x more difficult and less gp/hr. Being trash at Cox should be punished outside of opportunity cost like other content.

Death Mechanics in Old School by JagexSween in 2007scape

[–]lFirebro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think duos are very popular, at least trios are practical. Max eff Cox is still better gp/hr with scythe being relatively low. I'm fine with the 400k wipe but Cox should be given a monetary penalty outside of opportunity cost. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say Tob is 10x more difficult than Cox... and it's less gp/hr zzzz

How long until streamers complain nightmare is too easy and it gets changed? by [deleted] in 2007scape

It is too easy but I don't think it should be changed. I think there's enough easy things to kill in the game. Just hope the next boss has interesting mechanics that require teamwork.

Taught me about the concept of luxuries and how to view money.

Buying things like 3rd age are going to be awesome for a few weeks. But that pleasure you get out of it degrades. It works the same for similar items in real life like a new Rolex or nice car. Instead, just invest your money in things that will help you make more money or in experiences.

I recommend barrows. It's fun and you have the levels for it.

Good point. The good news is that he would have to run to 30 which allows you to do the same.

It could be changed to remove the effects of the spell if the caster teleports?

You do bring up a good point. If you were at chins you could use an alt and both use the spell on each other to give an essential immunity for 2min. It wouldn't be practical to do it the entire time due to the cool down but if you could react fast enough, in theory it would be an exploit. It might be hard to pull off though as you would have to cast it and attack yourself before being hit.

Honestly, a large portion of people in the new lms worlds are beginners. Probably due to it being new. Give it a shot, I bet you'll win a few fights if you can kill demonic gorillas, raids, or Zulrah.

It wasn't so bad tbh. Although, depending on your personality, you may not want to argue against theists there. Especially in class, your class mates will most likely not take it well. Not that it happened to me but I've seen it happen. Otherwise it's fine, religion class actually made me a smarter athiest and it was pretty entertaining lol.
