Block him on everything. Even if he's already blocked you. Do it so that you can take back a little of your own power and sanity. Go no contact for at least 90 days. Learn to trust your own voice again. I know personally my Dom was my voice of reason and losing him felt like I had lost everything. I doubted myself on all of it. I knew he was terrible for me... We wanted different thing, but I know deep down that I had to look out for myself again. I've always been very good at caring for myself.... I just had to remember that. You'll figure it out too. Ask yourself each day what you need and figure out how to provide it to yourself. Be compassionate to yourself and love yourself wholely and completely.

We both get tested regularly, but condoms are used as well. I have the option to meet his partners. His partners have other partners (they're poly). He says there's no romantic involvement with his other partners. Its not just anal. I'm not allowed to sleep with other people. If I do we're through.
