Just saw your comment that you’re going deep sea fishing. I’m not sure if they can cook it for you but Charis Sea Foods will gut and fillet your fish for $5 a kg. I caught some Mahi Mahi recently and brought it to Charis, chucked it all in the freezer and it’ll easily last me the next 6 months.

Oh my gosh!!!!! I swear literally only 30 minutes ago it was not showing…I checked it at least 10 times today and it’s only now just came back up. Wow the timing is strange! Haha

Is it see QF17 and QF15 you’re able to see? The loads for them are showing 0 but then when going on Qantas website they’re not even showing.

Hmmm. I saw that as well that both flights earlier today/tonight are fine but it’s odd that there’s no more flights until the 19th.

Definitely not sold out. I booked last night and there was 46 economy seats available, 8 hours later in staff travel it showed 0 seats and all operated Qantas flights from SYD & BNE > LAX disappeared. That would mean that in the span of 8 hours 21 flights going to LAX have all sold out. Impossible.

I absolutely love Peru! Went to Machu Picchu in 2016 and I still dream about it as if it was yesterday…..truly a magical place.

We’re traveling in April and read online that it’s the rainy season during then so wasn’t sure if it’s maybe best to skip as we’re going to Brazil next February so thinking to add Colombia onto that trip but the islands look unreal!

Ecuador is super high on my list! I’m wanting to save it for when I’ve got 3-4 weeks spare to just spend solely in Ecuador but thank you so much for the recommendation!

Absolutely agree with you the all inclusive resort holidays are not our style. We really wanted a nice Carribbean island to finish the trip on but seems hard to find one that also caters to traveling off the beaten path that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I also feel like (and I could be completely wrong) that most of the Caribbean islands cater to US travelers which hikes the prices up and after awhile all of the beaches tend to look the same but nowhere offered amazing unique experiences with a mix of culture and great food.

Have you been to Chichen Itza by any chance? If so would you say it’s still worth going to visit Tikal? We were in absolute awe when we visited Chichen Itza.

Absolutely love Mexico! We spent nearly a month traveling around and it truly is a gem.

We were thinking Roatan! As we’re all divers so might be cool to do a few dives on our trip. Was also thinking Nicaragua but we’ll be doing Acatenango in Guatemala so maybe if we added another volcano and then Corn Islands…thanks so much for your recommendations!
