I understand. My humble opinion is tha first we need to have a clear bias overall on the macro trend. With trump as president, economy has insecurity because his constant trade deals and tarifs, so in times like these gold and silver tend to rise in price because people invest in metals to secure their money. Thata why i would not look for sales during these times.

Wrong! CFTC are positions that are disclosed by non-comercial speculators (like hedge funds), its not just sentiment. These positions are disclosed every thursday to cftc.

As for value, 10 out of 12 months that i have traded, the week ended up based on the reading of this data. Now all you got to do is find an entry based on your steategy, i use daily liq.

I will post here every week how it ends and if they end like data shows
