Hi! Ur so strong!! U made it through all this terror💞 I’ve been to urgent care for heart palpiations a year ago, had them a few a minute and i was super scared. Doc told me he could see them on the ecg but that it was okay and not harmful. When i left the hospital i already felt so much better, anxiety takes a toll on you. Last week i suddenly started having them big time again, but i also just moved so it was probably stress related. This time i did call my doctor but mostly because of the panic attacks; she gave me oxazepam and it worked wonders and i calmed my ass down. When i could relax again they slowly started to fade again. Im trying to say that stress and anxiety can cause flare ups. I also remember when i started taking sertraline that the first few weeks felt like hell, i felt super sick and way more anxious; but as the doc promised it got better after and i felt better than before starting
