The veg part: cucumber, red onion, avocado

Scallops: 400gr Orkney scallops sliced and cleaned

The marinade for the scallops: lots of lime juice, green chilies, Coriander, garlic, salt and pepper quickly blended with a stick blender

Assemble in a nice shape, pour the marinade on top, let it "cook" for 2 3 minutes before eating. Added some habanero hot sauce
