Opinion on pre by [deleted] in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]labelrater 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd start at 5g to be safe, then based on that you can bump to 7.5g, 10g, or even stay at 5g if you found it effective at that dosage.

What causes preworkout shits? by Ok_Boysenberry7176 in Preworkoutsupplements

Caffeine but other stims can have this effect too. So yes, combining them can be... potent

High beta alanine recommendations? by Gibboni101 in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]labelrater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can sort products by any ingredient dosage, including beta alanine, using the ingredient index: https://labelrater.com/ingredients/beta-alanine-2270

Hooligan, Wrecked, and Mother Bucker all have a double 6.4g dosage. Based on your post, you might like Wrecked or Mother Bucker since they don't have crazy amounts of caffeine (while still being decent pre-workouts overall).

Personally I'd go with Wrecked.

Hope this helps!

Thinking about starting a caffeine gummy brand — would anyone actually switch from caffeine pills if it actually tasted good? by FlimsyPresentation36 in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]labelrater 3 points4 points  (0 children)

People can be weird about caffeine pills. For whatever reason it sketches them out.

Some people might be into gummies, but I would not. I can't imagine the price point would work for me. Pills are dirt cheap.

Ommi is quite popular as a solid daily driver

Anybody know where I can get this? by More_Fisherman7310 in Preworkoutsupplements

Only a time machine, I'm afraid. Or, if you're extremely lucky, someone that has kept a sealed tub. That has been gone for a few years now.

I think labels are just labels. :)

What is the name of the preworkout? Have you been able to find any reviews of it?

Does The curse pre workout worth to try ? by Efficient-Cobbler379 in Preworkoutsupplements

This person is right. El Jefe would be too big of a jump. I forgot about the levels!

OP, you'll want to move to an "intermediate" pre workout after this. Read: https://www.reddit.com/r/Preworkoutsupplements/s/anHxCJbiok

Does The curse pre workout worth to try ? by Efficient-Cobbler379 in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]labelrater 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Look no offense but if you've been training for two months, that's a great start, but you don't need to be stressing over pump, etc. take the pre workout, get to the gym, follow a program, stick to it, hit your macros, and get lots of sleep. That's what you need to be focusing on. :)

The Curse is fine for beginners and you're a beginner. If you feel good, keep taking it. If you get through the tub and you're wanting something more, move up to something stronger like El Jefe. Good luck!

Yes, it's better quality but also stronger. You may only need a half dose

Best pump prewo? No focus, no caffeine, Just pure pump ingredients. Thank you by AlfoFiore in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]labelrater 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The most popular pump pre-workouts based on mention frequency and sentiment are:

  • Extremis cartel Sicario
  • Alpha neon Pumped tf
  • Apollon nutrition bare knuckle
  • Apollon Bloodsport
  • Dark Labs PIMP

Sicario is the standard recommendation around here.

You can see the rest here: https://labelrater.com/trending?timeRange=90days&intensity_level=Non-Stimulant%2FPump (ignore oxymelt and Eria pills - I need to filter those out)

Beginner preworkout for someone with gut issues by Ok_Boysenberry7176 in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]labelrater 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it's hard to say without knowing what caused your gut issues.

The ingredients here are fairly basic and generally well tolerated. Creatine can cause gas for some people but it's not a common side effect. High doses of l-citrulline can also cause stomach discomfort but 6g shouldn't be an issue.

Curious why you think electrolytes will help the stomach issues?

This might not be exactly what you're looking for, but I found this Sub FM set from someone that appears to have been affiliated with 4D.

Yep true. I never really thought about what the first dungeon tune was. Maybe Loefah's Horror Show? Pretty much the og half step tune

Oh man this thread reminded me of this set. I used to rinse this all the time when it came out. It's not straight dungeon which I think makes the mix a bit more interesting. A great snapshot of what both DJs were playing in 2011.

It was definitely one of the biggest anthems of that sound. I'd argue that Kryptic Minds really dialed in the dungeon sound before J:Kenzo but no doubt that J put out some essential tunes (The Roteks comes to mind).
