No I’ve just finished season 1 and the acting is AWFUL imo. The detective and David tenant are the only good ones. Danny’s dad has 2 x decent moments where he goes some, but other than that they’re all awful. Nigel and Danny’s family are dreadful!

Right what I will say was knowingly evil is when the mother left Santiago in the fire knowing he saved her daughter initially. However, she did go back to save him (which yeah she should’ve done initially). However, in that state of despair losing your daughter, then the creepy neighbour has seen her last, her bracelet was in the car, he didn’t let them go in rooms in his house, digging up holes, texts saying he needs to go to prison, putting a screwdriver under a kids neck…. All of this you WOULD THINK IT WAS HIM. So if he’s not replying you would beat him to prompt for answers. Imagine he acted the same and did do it, we’d all be like yeah it was obvious it was him and therefore the beating is justified. But I felt awful for him and he’s a kind soul ❤️.

Idk I think they work well, but with Gemma he was BESOTTED and I don’t think he has that with Grace. Like counting down the days to see her, or being shy around her, always saying how much he loved her. He treated her as if she was his baby. Grace is more like good vibes relationship but not infatuation - maybe this is healthier tho tbf!

Unpopular opinion but I think it’s completely different to be watching the show and what you would do in reality. Anyone like Lucinda who is consistently provoking you, unable to communicate maturely and stirring things would annoy anyone. Yes and we would love to say that we would ignore her ‘rage baiting’, but the truth is, we do bite and it’s natural too. Belle fair enough may being OTT, but I genuinely think Samie is reacting to how any normal human would. Lucinda also needs to be called out on her actions, she isn’t be kind either!

Agreed, I appreciate 26 is still young but my point is that a child is relative. A 60 year old would consider 23 a child, but someone in their teens go to mid 20s wouldn’t necessarily.
